Neil joined NSF-DBA from AstraZeneca, where he was Senior Director of Global Quality.

During his career Neil held increasingly senior roles in QC, QA, Production, Supplier Assurance and International Manufacturing/Compliance. During the late 1990s Neil lived and worked in the USA, where he became involved with PhRMA (the US research-based industry association). On his return to the UK he became actively involved in the equivalent European association, EFPIA. He was chair of EFPIA’s Manufacturing and GMP ad-hoc group and was EFPIA topic leader on the ICH Q10 Expert Working Group. Neil returned to the USA in 2009 as a partner in the NSF-DBA Boston office.
