About this course
While ICH Q10 does not explicitly mention “Quality Culture” it is clear that without a firmly embedded Quality Culture the principles of Q10 will NEVER take root in a company.
If quality culture was measurable we would find companies ranging from “Firmly Embedded” to “Not Embedded at All and at Risk”.
This workshop reviews those characteristics in a company which are indicative of how well embedded the quality culture is within the company. You will find that it is
measurable and if your company ranks poorly you will learn what you can do about it.
Course outline
- ICH Q10 is a pivotal guideline which implicitly requires a well embedded quality culture for the principles of Q10 to be effectively used.
- We will review those characteristics indicative of how well embedded the quality culture is within a company.
- The workshop will help you define how you can assess and monitor your progress towards a firmly embedded quality culture.
- Case studies will be used to demonstrate best practices and, importantly, how you can set your company on the right and sustainable path towards a “firmly embedded” quality culture.
Discussion and Working Groups
A significant proportion of the course time will be devoted to group work, where delegates have the opportunity, through case studies, to put theory into practice.
Additionally, discussion periods, provide delegates with an opportunity to obtain answers to their specific questions and concerns.
