Giovanni has over 22 years of diversified experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Operations management with several domestic and international companies. He is an experienced GxP compliance auditor for API, Drug Products and Cosmetics manufacturers. He has worked at operational and strategic levels within large organizations for the review, maintenance and improvement of Quality Systems to ensure compliance with the cGXP requirements against FDA and EMA expectations.

Giovanni has an up-to-date understanding of manufacturing management methods (Lean Manufacturing) and Project Management, with the goal of achieving continuous improvement in the quality area. He has completed important change projects for the development of new organizational processes, process re-engineering and flexibility for operational units, integrated operational system (SAP), standard and operating costs reduction

A competent trainer and presenter, Giovanni has delivered training in relevant subjects in Quality Operations. He is recognized as Qualified Person (DL 178/1991) with Decreto Ministeriale IDT-2/2004, Italian Department of Health
