Glenys is an Analytical Chemist with over 30 years of industrial experience and her roles have included leading R&D laboratories as well as Quality laboratories. The scope has included responsibility for laboratories in multiple countries and in ensuring that QC laboratories are compliant with multiple international regulations.

She has senior QC experience on a global scale, with a generics industry background. She was the VP of Global QC, Strategy and Operations at Barr Pharmaceuticals prior to its acquisition by Teva. Glenys has extensive experience managing large scale QC laboratories, with a focus on compliance, combined with effectiveness. Recent project work includes leading PAT initiatives and she has authored papers on the topics of PAT as it applies to the generics industry.

Glenys offers extensive experience in GMP compliance, specifically as it applies to laboratory Quality Systems. She has also supported clients with reviews of documentation in preparation for pre-approval inspections.
