Bill has significant experience in biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical plant operations and has spent over 16 years in the industry with Genetics Institute, Wyeth and Pfizer. He has held positions as Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager producing Biopharmaceuticals, Senior Manager roles in IT deploying software systems in a major biologic plant, assisting in the design of centrally deployed and integrated ERP, MES and LIMS solutions; as a Senior project Manager of Operational Excellence he has worked with many site leaders to support their continuous improvement and transformational goals, led numerous Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects at Pfizer sites in the U.S. and Europe.

Areas of focus include Human Error Reduction and the investigation process especially human error related, deployment of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Bill is a certified Human Error Facilitator and has led numerous training sessions over the last several years.
