Susan McNeely is a Packaging Materials Specialist previously with Eli Lilly &Co. She was latterly with the corporate team providing technical support to Lilly packaging sites worldwide. This group was responsible for establishing consistent processes across the company for printing, packaging, and labeling development in addition to evaluating anti-counterfeiting technologies for packaging.

During her time there Susan was the leader for the US Printed Packaging Development group, supporting Lilly packaging sites in the US and Puerto Rico, managing artwork developed for 50 plus international markets. She was instrumental in streamlining artwork development, artwork approval, and printing vendor interaction; providing better integration into launch teams and packaging operations.

She is a chemist by training, having received an MS in Biochemistry from Indiana University; other assignments at Lilly include Pharmaceutical Product Development and Quality Assurance.
