In-House Training - Our customers feedback

SUPPLY CHAIN ASSURANCE

As company supply chains become more complex their management skills become more important.

We recently presented a two day course on Supply Chain Assurance to a company based in Denmark.

As always it was a great success and delegates left with a clear understanding of how best to assure and guarantee Supply Chains.

Here are some comments from delegates who attended this course.

The training was very interesting. The trainers were excellent.  Good training!

I found the training exceptionally well delivered with key topics/issues emphasised continuously.  I would recommend this training to anybody entering this unknown territory!  The trainers, Gary and David have exceptional knowledge and experience of the industry and would be a hard act to match.  Thank you.  Tracey

Good examples used to illustrate the lectures – good time management, very interactive way to introduce some concepts from the tutors.  Once again, the difficulty will be to put into practice what we’ve pointed out during these two days.  The good thing is to know what other Pharma’ actors implemented to better control all the supply chain/QA.  I’ve realised that we do most of the things you’ve mentioned and it’s a good thing to know where to look for further information.  (Websites and details you told us about).  Thank you

I found the course excellent.  Both Gary and David were fantastic; their level of knowledge and experience was immense.  I look forward to my next David Begg course!

Great course, really helped understand how the industry needs to operate with respect to suppliers etc.

Excellent course content, really made me think about illegal practices and supply chain.

Examples from the tutors experience and buzz groups – are good and essential.

PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION OF QbD

It is good to see there companies who are practically implementing the principals of QbD rather than just talking about them.

As companies move from their traditional approach to design and validation of systems, to that of QbD it is vitally import that they understand how to implement QbD in a cost effective manner.

One of our clients based in Ireland recently exp 2 day course on QbD, this was highly successful and here are some comments from delegates who attended.

Very informative and practical

This course challenged our understanding of the critical quality attribute of the process.  This was refreshing and hugely beneficial.  The systematic approach used by the tutor made the process very easy.  A lot to take in without previous knowledge.

The course was excellent; content and presentation were as good as I have seen in similar courses.  The course gave me a very good introduction to QbD and the possible areas where it can be sued within Wexport.  It was also a very unexpected fun 2 days.  Thank you Bruce.

Great course; really shows how to design processes using a risk based approach.

RBDM in Sterile Product Manufacture

The manufacture of sterile products is a risky process experience when it goes wrong.  Providing your key decision makers with the skills and confidence to make the right RB decision is vitally important.

We recently presented a 4 day course in RBDM Sterile Products, for a company in India, this is what they said.

Training programme really helped me to get in-depth knowledge of cGMP.  Buzz helped me how practical problem can be solved in site.

The course has changed my perception toward problem solving and making risk assessment.

Implementations of risk assessment tools to solve the practical problems.  This course made all the departments (QA, QC, production etc) to come on same platform to take discussion based on risk assessment.

Course is excellent.   Shared experience from you, highly motivating course.

The training programme has been very helpful in clearing concepts and doubts regarding the aspects which have been the subject matter of training.

Tutors are most responsive and clarify doubts in a perfect way.  Very educative, encouraging and useful.  Thanks DBA

The trainers have driven and emphasised the important concept and while addressing any issue: risk or safety of patient, risk to business, importance of corporate culture.

Course is very useful for the industry and real life.  Way of training (teaching) is very nice.

Learnt about the methods of risk assessment.  About HACCP; a good method to make our process more transparent and robust.

Changed the perception and thinking process when using different techniques and using the set of data.

Interactive, useful, lot of practical problems have been discussed.  Participation of all team members is excellent.

This training course has made me think (rethink) on my feelings and assumptions which I had.  As an operator who is working at the bench level and recently moved into supervisor position, I really feel lucky to have such kind of training at this transition period.  Buzz groups are really good, but need few changes, so that this part of the workshop becomes more interesting, reason behind this statement is all buzz groups and workouts look similar.

Simply Superb!  I learn unknown topics and useful to my professional career.

Pharmaceutical Microbiology

One of the first rules in Sterile Manufacturing is ‘know thy enemy’.  In other words have a very good understanding of Pharmaceutical Microbiology!  At a recent in house course delegates went away with a very good understanding of:

  • Sources of microbial contamination
  • How to design out contamination risk
  • How to design ‘value adding’ monitoring programs
  • How to trend and make sense of the results
  • How to trouble shoot any ‘micro’ problem
  • How to ’risk assess’ and manage even the most gruesome of contamination incidents’

Here are some of their personal feedback…

  • Excellent delivery of materials
  • Very useful and very relevant to my role
Risk Based Decision Making

‘A very far reaching approach’

Bart De Greef, Johnson & Johnson

‘This course was an eye opener and provided a lot of useful tools and techniques

Anne Keirse, Johnson & Johnson

‘As a risk specialist from a technical background, it was a revelation to look at risk management from a completely different angle. Came away with lots of good tools and techniques

Frank Peeters, Consultant

Congratulations to the course tutor. The course was very practical and provided some invaluable tools and techniques for risk based decision making

K. De Turck, KDT Consulting

Poor decision making at every level, from the shop floor to the boardroom, continues to cost companies a fortune. In addition to the material costs of preventable mistakes and errors, poor decision making can also expose your patients to considerable risk and put your companies’ reputation in jeopardy. We can help you to make the right decision (at least most of the time!) by providing you with some very practical tools and techniques that have been proven to work.
