Job Description: Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Sr. Manager, Training and Leadership Development to join our Human Resource department located at our Fremont, CA facility. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for setting and executing Fremont's strategic business objectives and goals by managing processes to support the training and development of a highly qualified and motivated workforce. The training and leadership development leader is responsible for organizational leadership and direction related to training development and delivery. Responsibilities include managing the formulation and implementation of leadership development, management skills building, performance management, HR Compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with functional area Training Specialist(s). Also provides support and ensures integration with HR staffing activities such as on boarding processes and career development.
