UK finally implements the FMD

The Falsified Medicines Directive (Directive 2011/62/EU) has finally been transposed into UK legislation and comes into force today.

The Falsified Medicines Directive is transposed through The Human Medicines (Amendment) Regulations 2013 [SI 2013/1855].
