Human Error Prevention and Reduction - Do You Need Our Training?

Tuesday the 14th January 2014

Anybody that can answer YES to any of the following questions should attend one of our Human Error courses:

  • Is re-training a common corrective action?
  • Is revise the SOP a common CAPA?
  • Are over 50% of your Deviations due to Human Error?
  • Are your deviation re-occurrence rates really high >10%?

You are not alone but there are solutions available to help you improve. Our goal is to work with companies and proactively drive error rates down and reduce the chance that a deviation will re-occur. Our approach is science-based and teaches a methodology which ensures the right CAPAs are worked on.

Please find attached background information regarding our Human Error Prevention Program. We would be happy to answer questions you or your staff may have about this program.

We have courses running in different locations throughout the year. In addition we would be pleased to discuss options to offer this program internally at your company.
