NSF DBA develop Human Error infographic
Monday the 4th November 2013
It is widely acknowledged that human error is only ever the symptom, never the actual cause.
At NSF DBA we provide a range of Human Error Prevention courses, teaching the thought behind human error and types of errors as well as practices for minimisation and new approaches with new tools and techniques.
To avoid detrimental effects to our health and general well-being, and substantial costs to economies around the world, human error prevention is an essential component of business management and personal development in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.
But why do we make mistakes and what are the greatest errors made throughout history? We decided to take a look and create an infographic on human error highlighting some of history’s blunders and why human error exists.
